Did you stretch?
Not stretching is a big problem. Most do not stretch their muscles regularly. Even some athletics do not stretch. It is very common for us to forget to stretch. Most of the time we feel stretching slows us down before we start any physical activity. When one is energize and ready to go, it can seem as though stretching is a waste of time. Yet that is far from the truth. Stretching before starting your day can actually energize the body. Stretching assist with blood circulation through the body. It also helps with range of movement and lubricates joints. Even just stretching for 5 minutes before one starts their day can help muscle and joints. When stretching increases the range of motion of a muscle it can feel like freedom. Increased range of motion helps physical activity last longer. One will be more determine to complete any physical activity when their range of motion is increased. Stretching is one of the main ingredients to having increased range of motion. So don’t forget to stretch or ask someone to stretch you.
